  8. Collaborate with other team members, including construction and design staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient home buying process for customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate industry news to effectively position Lennar's homes and communities in the market.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
