- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lennar's products and services, including current and upcoming developments, floor plans, and pricing.
- Proactively engage with potential homebuyers, both in-person and through various forms of communication, to understand their needs and guide them through the new home purchasing process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lennar, promoting our values and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referral business.
- Conduct tours of model homes and provide detailed information about features, options, and upgrades.
- Assist homebuyers in choosing the right floor plan, lot, and options to meet their needs and budget.
- Coordinate and attend appointments, meetings, and events related to the new home sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and disclosures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to homebuyers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and beyond.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the new home purchasing experience for our clients.
