1. Act as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
2. Conduct thorough consultations with homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Educate homebuyers on the features and benefits of Lennar homes and communities.
4. Guide homebuyers through the entire home buying process, from initial contact to closing.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service.
6. Stay up-to-date on the real estate market and trends to effectively assist homebuyers.
7. Collaborate with the Lennar team to ensure a smooth and successful home buying experience for homebuyers.
8. Attend and participate in sales and marketing events to promote Lennar homes and communities.
9. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information to homebuyers and address any concerns or questions.
10. Maintain accurate records of interactions with homebuyers and provide timely follow-up.
11. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
12. Continuously seek out new leads and potential homebuyers through various marketing strategies.
13. Represent Lennar in a professional and positive manner at all times.
14. Stay informed on Lennar's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to homebuyers.
15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and regulations in the home buying process.
16. Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with homebuyers.
17. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the home buying experience for homebuyers.
18. Act as a brand ambassador for Lennar, promoting our values and mission.
