  1. Conduct Sales and Marketing Activities: The New Home Consultant will be responsible for conducting sales and marketing activities to promote and sell Lennar's new homes. This includes creating and implementing strategies to attract potential homebuyers, conducting open houses and model home tours, and utilizing various marketing tools to reach a wide audience.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As the main point of contact for potential homebuyers, the New Home Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times. This includes promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns and questions, and ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
  3. Guide Homebuyers through Sales Process: The New Home Consultant will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the entire new home sales process.   4. Build and Maintain Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with potential homebuyers is a crucial responsibility of the New Home Consultant. This includes following up with leads, nurturing relationships with interested buyers, and keeping in touch with past customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  5. Represent Lennar with Professionalism and Integrity: The New Home Consultant will be responsible for representing Lennar with professionalism and integrity at all times.
