Job Description

Welcome to Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders. We are currently seeking a driven and personable New Home Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Consultant at Lennar, you will have the opportunity to assist potential homebuyers in finding their dream home and guide them through the exciting process of building a new home. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as a strong passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals. If you have a track record of success in sales, a knack for building relationships, and a genuine interest in the real estate industry, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Greet and welcome potential homebuyers to Lennar, showcasing our company's values and commitment to providing quality homes.
  2. Build rapport with potential homebuyers and establish a trusting relationship to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Educate and guide potential homebuyers through the homebuilding process, from choosing a floorplan to completing the closing process.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain potential homebuyers.
  5. Conduct tours of model homes and explain features, upgrades, and pricing options to potential homebuyers.
  6. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information about Lennar's homes, communities, and amenities.
  7. Manage and maintain customer information and communication in a timely and organized manner.
  8. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  9. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to effectively position and sell Lennar homes.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for Lennar, representing our company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  11. Attend company training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of Lennar's products and processes.
  12. Collaborate with various departments within Lennar to ensure a smooth and positive homebuying experience for customers.
  13. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the homebuying process.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including fair housing laws and ethical standards.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, support, and continuous improvement.
