- Provide information and answer questions about Lennar's homes, communities, and amenities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while building rapport with clients.
- Guide clients through the home buying process, including contract negotiation and financing options.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as construction managers and design consultants, to ensure a seamless home buying experience for clients.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to promote Lennar's homes and services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

- Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the home buying experience for clients.
- Represent Lennar with integrity and professionalism at all times.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In New Home Sales Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Potential Homebuyers And Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Real Estate Market Trends And Understanding Of Local Housing Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
