1. Serve as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to guide them towards their dream home.
3. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their budget, desired features, and location preferences.
4. Educate clients on the homebuilding process, including available options and upgrades, financing options, and timelines.
5. Conduct tours of model homes, providing in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of each home.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and contracts.
7. Coordinate with the construction team to provide updates and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
8. Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
9. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and new developments to make recommendations to clients.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the entire sales process.
11. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
12. Continuously seek out new leads and prospects through various marketing and networking efforts.
13. Handle any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
