- Conduct thorough and professional presentations of model homes, showcasing key features and amenities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet sales goals.
- Respond to inquiries from potential homebuyers in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with the current housing market trends and competitors' offerings to make informed recommendations to homebuyers.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure timely and accurate completion of homes for buyers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of homebuyers' information, sales contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lennar, promoting the company's values and commitment to quality in all interactions with homebuyers and colleagues.
Experience In Real Estate Sales Or Home Building: A Successful New Home Consultant At Lennar Should Have A Strong Background In Either Real Estate Sales Or Home Building. This Experience Will Provide A Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills Necessary To Effectively Sell Lennar's Homes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A New Home Consultant, You Will Be Interacting With Potential Home Buyers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Effectively Convey The Benefits Of Lennar's Homes.
Knowledge Of Local Housing Market And Trends: Lennar Operates In Various Regions Across The Country, And It Is Important For A New Home Consultant To Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Local Housing Market And Trends.
