- Greet and welcome prospective homebuyers to Lennar and provide them with a positive and professional first impression of the company.
- Act as a point of contact for prospective homebuyers and respond to inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers through excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique needs and preferences of each prospective homebuyer.
- Present and showcase Lennar's new home communities, floor plans, and features to prospective homebuyers.
- Guide and assist prospective homebuyers throughout the entire home buying process, from initial contact to closing and move-in.
- Provide detailed information and answer questions about the home buying process, financing options, warranties, and other related topics.
- Collaborate with other team members, including sales associates, construction managers, and lenders, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective homebuyers.
- Follow up with prospective homebuyers after their initial visit to Lennar, and continue to provide support and assistance throughout their home buying journey.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to prospective homebuyers, sales, and closings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position Lennar as a top homebuilder.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Represent Lennar in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Strong Sales Experience: The Ability To Effectively Sell New Homes And Close Deals Is A Crucial Qualification For A New Home Consultant At Lennar. This Includes Experience In Prospecting, Lead Generation, And Negotiation.
Real Estate Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Real Estate Market, Including Current Trends And Regulations, Is Important For A New Home Consultant To Provide Accurate And Valuable Information To Clients.
