  1. Conduct sales consultations with prospective homebuyers and assist them in finding their dream home.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive home buying experience.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lennar's products, services, and processes.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and reach out to potential clients.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
  6. Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Coordinate with various departments within Lennar to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  8. Keep up-to-date on the local real estate market and competitor trends.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales and customer interactions.
  11. Continuously follow up with potential and current clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  12. Attend regular sales trainings and meetings to improve sales skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Represent the company at various events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
  14. Collaborate with the closing team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to closing.
  15. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
