As a New Home Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist homebuyers in finding and purchasing their dream home.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lennar's homebuilding process, including available floor plans, upgrades, and financing options.
  2. Greet and welcome potential homebuyers, providing them with a warm and friendly introduction to Lennar and our communities.
  3. Educate and guide homebuyers through the home buying process, including conducting community tours, explaining pricing and options, and navigating the contract and closing process.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing homebuyers, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and provide a seamless homebuying experience for customers.
  6. Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to continuously improve knowledge of the homebuilding industry and Lennar's products and services.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, follow up with potential homebuyers, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  8. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company, demonstrating a strong work ethic and drive for success.
  9. Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence at all times, representing Lennar with integrity and a customer-centric mindset.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and working together to achieve shared goals.
