  1. Conduct financial data analysis: The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis on financial data, including sales, expenses, and budget information.
  2. Identify trends and patterns: The Lead Data Analyst will use their analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in financial data, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
  3. Prepare and present reports: The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports based on their analysis, highlighting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with team members: The Lead Data Analyst will work closely with other team members, including finance and accounting professionals, to gather data and ensure accuracy of analysis.

  8. Ensure data integrity: The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, conducting regular audits and quality checks.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts: The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for training and mentoring junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  10. Make data-driven recommendations: Based on their analysis, the Lead Data Analyst will make data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and drive growth for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Reporting Or Analysis, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Construction Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Standards, Such As Gaap And Sec Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
