We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist with various tasks on our construction sites.   1. Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:
  • Setting up and organizing work areas
  • Lifting and moving construction materials
  • Installing and assembling materials and equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining work areas
  1. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  3. Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and exceeds customer expectations.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of materials and equipment used on job sites.
  5. Continuously learn and develop skills in the construction industry, including construction techniques, safety practices, and building codes.
  6. Identify and report any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  9. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
