Internet Sales Coordinator

Create a positive experience for our internet customers and be able to guide them through Lennar's consultative sales process via email, online live chat, SMS, phone calls, video, and face-to-face meetings. Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating the desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC). Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings, sales process, and incentive opportunities. Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), budget, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed. Follow up with internet customers per the follow up program outlined by your division. Regularly work in and around Lennar communities, including, primarily, WHC. Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours on Lennar.com and other Lennar affiliated websites.
