  1. Manage user access to company systems and applications to ensure security and compliance.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for identity and access management.
  3. Monitor and analyze user access logs to identify potential security risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and secure onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
  5. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of access controls and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on identity and access management and provide guidance to other teams within the company.
  7. Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and resolve any access-related issues or incidents.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of identity and access management.
  9. Train and educate employees on best practices for managing access to company systems and applications.
  10. Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the security of their access to company resources.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize access management processes and systems.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of access management procedures and protocols.
  13. Communicate with stakeholders and management on the status of access management and any potential risks or concerns.
  14. Stay compliant with industry regulations and standards related to identity and access management.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and promote a culture of security and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Iam Tools And Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa Are Preferred.
