1. Develop and implement executive recruiting strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and identify key roles to target for recruitment.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, job postings, and social media, to attract top talent for executive level positions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with executive candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
6. Manage the entire executive recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
