Job Description

Develop custom reports and dashboards within CRM and Power BI Configure and customize CRM per user stories and work with BSAs to facilitate testing/deployment. Work with Business Systems Analysts to understand business requirements. Help identify how Dynamics 365 CRM can best meet business needs. Provide application support, including fixing bugs and defects Performs intermediate level of coding and complex configuration. Ensures developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented. Regularly communicate with Lead Developer and Solution Architect to report status and ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with IT strategy and standards Adhere to release management and change management processes.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Microsoft CRM Certifications preferred

  • Maintains a supportive and collaborative team work environment; encourages teamwork in others

  • Demonstrates an understanding of the links between business drivers and IT processes
