Job Description

  1. Design and develop efficient and effective data systems for Lennar, utilizing strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  2. Utilize expertise in SQL databases and data warehousing to build and maintain robust data architecture.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze data systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend data solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data models.
  6. Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data engineering and suggest innovative solutions for Lennar's data systems.
  9. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers on best practices and techniques.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and security policies.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  12. Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to support data-driven decision making and business intelligence efforts.
  13. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the overall success of Lennar's data initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing And Etl Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Experience With Cloud-Based Data Platforms Such As Aws Or Azure.
