  1. Provide excellent customer service to all Lennar homebuyers and homeowners.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Listen to and understand customer needs and concerns, and work to find solutions that meet their expectations.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
  5. Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  6. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up actions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within Lennar to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on Lennar's products and processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  9. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data privacy.
  12. Represent Lennar in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  13. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.
