- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for the role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of open positions.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent Lennar at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events.
- Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the technology team to understand their needs and proactively anticipate future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously promote Lennar's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
Experience In Technology Recruiting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For Technology Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Positions In Software Development, It, Or Other Related Fields.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices: A Strong Understanding Of The Current Technology Landscape And Emerging Trends Is Essential For A Corporate Recruiter In The Technology Field. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On New Technologies, Tools, And Methodologies To Attract Top Talent.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Corporate Recruiter, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills, Be An Active Listener, And Possess The Ability To Build Rapport With Candidates.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats): Experience With Ats Platforms, Such As Workday Or Greenhouse, Is Highly Desirable. The Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Efficiently Manage The Recruiting Process, From Sourcing And Screening Candidates To Scheduling Interviews And Managing Candidate Pipelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field: While A Degree Is Not Always A Requirement, Having A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices. Additionally, Relevant Certifications, Such As Shrm Or Airs, Can Enhance A Candidate's Qualifications For This Role.
