Construction Manager Trainee

6. Participate in on-site inspections and ensure all work is completed according to company standards and regulations.
7. Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
8. Attend training sessions and workshops to expand knowledge and skills in construction management.
9. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
