- Develop and implement compensation strategies for all levels of employees within the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and maintain job descriptions and job levels.
- Review and update compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Create and maintain salary structures and ranges.
- Evaluate and analyze employee compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Partner with managers and department heads to provide guidance on compensation decisions.
- Communicate and educate employees on compensation policies, procedures, and changes.
- Conduct compensation surveys and participate in industry benchmarking to stay informed on market trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation-related data and reports to various stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to HR team on compensation-related matters.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
- Act as a liaison between HR, management, and employees regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Large, Multi-Location Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Practices, And Regulations, Including Flsa And Other Relevant Laws.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data, And Make Recommendations Based On Findings.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
