Job Description

Welcome to Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders. We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our high-quality homes in a designated area. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and results-oriented individual with a knack for building relationships, then we want you to be a part of our team.

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets in the designated area.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, local real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and promote Lennar homes.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the area.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and events to promote Lennar homes.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service is provided throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing and beyond.
  6. Train and manage a team of sales associates to effectively represent and sell Lennar homes.
  7. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
  8. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and expand the reach of Lennar's brand.
  9. Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure homes meet customer expectations and are completed on time.
  10. Remain knowledgeable about Lennar's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers and address any questions or concerns.

Job Qualifications
