Job Description

Design, conduct, and oversee qualitative research studies and initiatives to inform and evaluate current and new features, products, and experiences. Synthesize multiple inputs (reporting data, metrics, qualitative, and quantitative insights) to arrive at recommendations that deliver learner-focused outcomes for the team. Partner with design, product, and marketing colleagues to understand business needs, and design appropriate research studies to generate user-focused insights. Define and evaluate existing customer journeys, and user goals to understand the needs of our users and inform product roadmap. Design and implement custom research to support the objectives of the business. Collaborate to build user journeys and personas. Design and implement a variety of research initiatives, including usability testing, concept tests, anecdotal studies, case studies, and efficacy studies.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in similar or related fields ideally in the Education sector

  • Solid understanding of the best methods and systems for conducting research (mixed method study design)

  • Experience integrating user research into product design practices

  • Extensive and proven experience using various research and testing methodologies, from generative to causal in an education setting
