
Trade Marketing Manager
Responsible for retail marketing program development, including collaboration through agencies to move to execution. Creates marketing plans that deliver successful account specific retail shopping experiences, driving achievement of multiple objectives. Seeks out, digests, and translates insights into valuable marketing program ideas and development that drive incremental value to shoppers, including families and kids. Leads all aspects of logistics surrounding approved programs including: retailer/merchandiser/store communication, installation instructions, kitting of programs, shipping details/tracking, call center communication and any challenges that arise. Partners with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Trade Marketing partners to develop retailer specific in store activations that deliver sustainable long-term value for our shoppers, consumers, and customers. Responsible for development, allocation, and management of retailer specific Trade Marketing budget.
3+ years experience in developing and leading omnichannel shopper marketing campaigns
Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context
Experience working with large US retailers and their operational processes preferred
