Retail Supervisor
Specific responsibility for visual merchandising of all stock and a variety of duties related to merchandise; maintains retail area and merchandise in a safe, clean and orderly fashion. Demonstrates the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values by providing the highest level of guest service, quality and product knowledge while meeting LEGO sales and profits goals. Demonstrates LEGO leadership and assists in the necessary training that will enhance the team#s ability to exceed our high standards of customer service and product knowledge. Maximizes profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information. Assists to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized.
Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
One to two years of experience in merchandising is preferred.
Knowledge of point of sale automated systems
Leadership/management experience in a high volume, multi-unit retail store environment, including employee training
