
Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)
Guide the Americas B2B ecommerce team through Agile/Scrum practices and values to increase efficiency and improve team satisfaction. Lead all sprint ceremonies, including the daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, and backlog grooming. Own and maintain relevant systems that support Agile methodology such as kanban boards, clean-up activities, documentation, and reporting. Represent the Americas team in global forums, partnering with Scrum Lead counterparts to exchange standard methodologies, harmonize tactics, and share insights across regions. Resolve minimum viable product for each sprint to foster speed of execution and iteration. Report into and partner with the VP of eCommerce to optimize value creation across product teams. Encourage team creativity and teamwork to deliver tangible impact to the ecommerce business.
In-depth experience facilitating agile ceremonies with a consistent track record of improving team performance
Experience mentoring larger teams of 20+ individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, scrum methodologies
Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and the role that display, search and digital marketing play in the shopper journey is a plus
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a commercially driven environment and with direct experience as a Scrum Lead
