Job Description

Operate as the CoE commercial lead on operations initiatives, acting as the counterpart to SME’s within the LEGO organization to execute against priority projects. In Demand Management needs to Build and maintain Platform Marketing inventory reporting infrastructure to enable real-time optimization of marketing spend toward stock availability. Act as the primary commercial intermediary to Product Development and Supply Chain to deliver on our Planet Promise and our Customer Value Proposition through the development of more balanced ship-ready packaging solutions. Partner with Logistics, Order Management and Market Operations to drive operational efficiency initiatives. Develop and handle a single standardized listing process to streamline item setup, and reduce confidentiality leak risks.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability approximately from 3 to 5 years, in consumer packaged goods industry

  • Focus on Amazon, Target, and Walmart preferred.

  • Customer centricity with experience acting as advocate on behalf of the customer

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret digital trends and challenge the status quo
