Build and drive the Content, Creative and Merchandising vision strategy for the US, CA, MX, and BR eCom businesses. Map out and elevate the shopper experience to drive increased conversion and sales across the Top 3 – Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com. Lead the CoE Creative Agency - evaluate and prioritize brief submissions from the marketing team based on return on investment and Creative Designer team capacity. Manage cross-functional relationships with local partners, HQ teams, and Agency partners to create new ways of working that deliver ecommerce-first content and assets. Develop innovative test & learns to continually enhance performance and keep the business at the forefront of new opportunities and trends. Benchmark and audit competitive execution through qualitative and quantitative data points.
7+ years of experience in eCommerce working as a content strategist, content manager, or merchandising lead
Direct experience working on B2B eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Target
5+ years’ experience leading a team and setting business direction
Proven track record of driving conversion rate optimization and delivering on sales targets
