
Digital Content Manager
This role increases the visibility, coverage and commercial impact of user generated content on LEGO.com so that our shoppers are more confident in their purchase and feel more connected to our brand. Owns global relationship with User Generated Content Platform provider, Olapic. Mature and communicate the strategy of UGC on LEGO.com. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment around moderation and content quality. Measure and optimize UGC’s impact on key performance metrics. Identify and drive opportunities to expand the use of UGC across LEGO.com and LEGO Retail overall. Support colleagues with day-to-day operations of the UGC platform. Owns the global relationship with Bazaarvoice, our Ratings and Reviews platform provider. Identify and drive opportunities to increase Review count, score, and accessibility across our global product portfolio.
3 - 5 years’ experience in eCommerce, ideally in a direct to consumer environment
2 – 3 years’ experience working with user generated content platforms and programs
Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the shopping journey
