
Demand Planning Manager, Launch & Trade Promotion
Responsible for process performance and innovation, and tasked with reducing manual work, addressing process limitations, and driving automation where possible. Leads all aspects of process governance, including taking action to ensure that deadlines are met, rules and guidelines are followed, and data in the system is accurate. Tracks and reports on push volume execution (against the latest plan and Mix Error locking period) for the US, Canadian, and Latin American BUs and serves as topic owner for the US Visual Factory. Manages adherence of new product launch plans to BU handshake commitment. Surfaces barriers preventing delivery of monthly push volume plans and works with those accountable to resolve. Develops reporting and dashboarding to support improved planning and execution management of push volume. Provides input on forecasting system development to satisfy evolving push volume planning needs.
3+ years experience in data analysis, key account management, or planning roles
Experience with SQL helpful
CPG industry / key account management experience preferred
Experience implementing or utilizing LEAN / Six Sigma techniques a plus!
