
Customer Development Manager
Customer Development works across the Americas markets to optimize commercial momentum, support group-wide commercial strategies, drive commercial processes, and provide capability-building to deliver compelling brand activations. In this role you will manage the development and enrichment of the Go-To-Market approach, through collaboration with colleagues at all levels, while embedding these principles across the organization. You will be engaged in local and globally-led projects where you will lead initiatives and drive improvement to processes. Brand protection, through overall management and oversight of relevant policies, along with vendor relationships, is a key focus of this role.
Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in a CPG environment
Ability to have a cross market (AMS) approach to drive standard methodologies in a holistic manner.
