CRM Communication Assistant
Work on the communication schedule across all locales and channels (email, sms and push). Collaborate closely with various internal departments to get content and information which may be relevant for our subscribers. Be able to write content for various campaigns, including lifecycle communication such as welcome, lapsed and early life. Help manage the translation process with agency. Work with other CRM team members to ensure campaigns are built and sent on time. Act as an internal UAT sign off for all newsletters and launch emails. Help manage commercially priorities in communication at a regional and sometimes at a country level. Support the CRM Communications Manager with all related activities. Act as a project manager for various larger initiatives such as acquisition workstreams. Upload and manage assets in the marketing cloud.
Solid understanding of marketing clouds and core CRM principles.
Experience with other channels such as PUSH, SMS and social is preferred
Experience with advanced dynamic content is preferred
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Significant experience writing & working with content for emails.
