Corporate Counsel
- Manage legal projects and/or workstreams in support of the LEGO Group’s global retail expansion and digital transformation, including, but not limited to:
- E-commerce expansion (TLG’s own e-comm + possibly via third party
- .com transformation
- LEGO Brand Retail store expansion
- LEGO Certified Store expansion
- Changing License Model to Franchise Model, if possible
- Travel Retail expansion
- Supply chain optimizations to support all of this
- Training 3P partners on stewardship and compliance – others would handle training on the IP issues
- Documents legal processes and work output in legal knowledge management tools.
Minimum 5-7 years of (post graduate) global experience from in-house or private practice
Proven track-record in negotiations and stakeholder management at mid level.
Solid experience drafting and reviewing complex commercial contracts within a variety of areas.
Legal curiosity as well as appetite and ability to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.
