Job Description

The Content Management System (CMS) Manager is a new role in Marketing Communications team that supports LEGO Retail. This role supports partners across Marketing, Marketing Communications, Retail Development and will drive delivery of digital content to meet the needs of LEGO Retail. Lead the daily operations for our CMS for all stores with this new platform. Lead roles/permissions, content libraries, taxonomies, and other features of the CMS for all user groups. Upload content for digital campaigns within needed timelines for go live dates. Lead embargo dates and go live dates for all content. Identify and report on analytics regarding CMS usage and performance. Coordinate with Retail Development team with any technical issues on hardware or software issue resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience running a global content management system (CMS).

  • Knowledge and experience with digital design and animation

  • Experience handling content in multiple languages.

  • Knowledge of current trends and technology in the field of information systems.

  • Able to handle ambiguity and change within a dynamic environment.
