Principal Engineer, Fulfillment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Engineer to join our Fulfillment team at LegalZoom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying innovative technology solutions that drive customer satisfaction and scale our business.The successful individual will serve as a key leader in our engineering organization and will be responsible for creating and managing a team of engineers focused on building and maintaining our fulfillment systems. This individual should have an in-depth understanding of the engineering process, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on-time and on-budget.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, and 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams. You should also have a deep knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies, a strong understanding of engineering best practices, and experience developing cloud-based solutions.
