  1. Maintain and administer the Teamcenter PLM system to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all Teamcenter PLM related inquiries and issues.
  3. Lead a team of administrators to provide support and guidance in the use of Teamcenter PLM for various departments.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for using Teamcenter PLM to improve productivity and streamline processes.
  5. Stay updated on new releases and updates of Teamcenter PLM and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Teamcenter PLM, working closely with IT and other technical teams.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and functionality within Teamcenter PLM.
  8. Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote proper use and adoption of Teamcenter PLM.
  9. Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management on usage, issues, and improvements.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in PLM and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into our system.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Teamcenter Plm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Teamcenter Plm In A Lead Or Senior Role. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of The Software, Including Installation, Configuration, And Customization.

  • Knowledge Of Cad/Cam Software: The Teamcenter Plm Admin Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cad/Cam Software, Such As Siemens Nx Or Solidworks. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cad Data Management And Integration With Teamcenter.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Plan, Coordinate, And Execute Plm Projects, Ensuring They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Teamcenter Plm Admin Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Plm Architecture, Data Modeling, And Data Migration. They Should Also Be Proficient In Scripting Languages And Have Experience With Database Management.

  • Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Vendors, And Provide Guidance And Support To Junior Team Members.
