- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's production and customer needs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality materials at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely and efficient procurement of materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement process.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Procurement Or Purchasing Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices.
Ability To Negotiate And Manage Contracts With Suppliers To Ensure Favorable Terms And Pricing.
Proficiency In Using Procurement And Supplier Management Software.
