  1. Operate and maintain production equipment according to established safety and quality standards.
  2. Participate in the assembly of automotive seating and electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  4. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding equipment, materials, or processes to supervisors.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  7. Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  8. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks and responsibilities.
  10. Strive for continuous improvement and suggest ideas to increase productivity and efficiency.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
