Staff Specialist
- Conduct Lean Problem-Solving Classes in small groups, (5S, 5-Why’s, FISH Bone Diagram, VSM…)
- Support and Manage our Suggestion Program
- Maintain our current 5S program
- Assisting other employees on completing their Kaizen projects
- Driving Cost Savings ideas to meet our yearly OIP requirements
- Support the shop floor with 5S activities
- Assisting with Tour Guides
- Maintain Plant Focus Action Items for daily report out
- Interface with the production team and hold them accountable to our housekeeping standards
- Maintain our CI Onboarding classes for new hires
- Support Quality on COPQ initiatives
- Take an active role in Innovation projects
