  1. Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies for seat structures.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet industry standards and best practices.
  4. Utilize CAD and other relevant software to design and optimize seat structures.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements and trends in advanced manufacturing for seat structures.
  6. Drive innovation and efficiency in seat structure design and manufacturing processes.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers in advanced manufacturing techniques and processes.
  9. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  12. Stay updated on safety regulations and ensure compliance in all manufacturing processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and present updates and progress reports to management.
  14. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on advanced manufacturing processes for seat structures within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, With A Focus On Seat Structures And Components.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field, Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Stamping, Welding, And Assembly.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Fea And Dfmea.
