Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In It Support Or Related Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Network Protocols, And Hardware Troubleshooting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications And Other Relevant Software.
