  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee-related inquiries and concerns.
  2. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
  4. Implement and maintain effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  5. Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures in compliance with company and legal regulations.
  6. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  7. Collaborate with managers to identify and address performance and development needs of employees.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
  11. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  12. Serve as a role model for company values and ethics.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members.
  14. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  15. Contribute to a positive and supportive company culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Position.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices In Germany.

  • Experience In Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Hr Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
