- Mentor and guide junior account managers to ensure consistent and effective account management practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the automotive industry.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand network and promote our products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities and interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Key Accounts And Exceeding Sales Targets
Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients And Internal Teams.
