Extensive Experience In Automotive Seating Design: A Senior Design Engineer At Lear Corporation Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing Automotive Seating Systems. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards, Materials, And Manufacturing Processes.
Proficiency In Cad Software: The Ability To Use Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Is A Critical Requirement For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Using Industry-Standard Software Such As Catia, Nx, Or Solidworks.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Design Engineer Is Expected To Lead The Design Process From Concept To Production, Which Requires Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
