  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive seating design to continuously improve our products.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of quality designs.
  11. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in all design processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Automotive Seating Design: A Senior Design Engineer At Lear Corporation Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing Automotive Seating Systems. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards, Materials, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: The Ability To Use Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Is A Critical Requirement For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Using Industry-Standard Software Such As Catia, Nx, Or Solidworks.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Design Engineer Is Expected To Lead The Design Process From Concept To Production, Which Requires Excellent Problem-Solving Skills. The Candidate Must Be Able To Identify And Resolve Complex Design Issues And Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Find Practical Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Safety Standards: Lear Corporation Is Committed To Providing Safe And Reliable Products To Its Customers. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Automotive Safety Standards Such As Fmvss, Ece, And Ncap, And Must Be Able To Design Products That Meet These Standards.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Design Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
