- Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process for the company.
- Analyze and monitor accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Communicate regularly with customers to address any billing inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable performance to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process and increase cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior account receivable analysts to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in their work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to facilitate timely and accurate payment collections.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues related to accounts receivable to senior management.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet company objectives and financial targets.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency In Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable Or A Similar Financial Role
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
