- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the automotive industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our client base
- Act as the main point of contact for our top clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to upper management
- Act as a mentor and leader to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Represent Lear Corporation at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Business Principles, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Business Success.
