- Assemble seats according to company standards and specifications.
- Ensure all parts and components are accurately placed and securely fastened.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while assembling seats.
- Inspect finished seats for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
- Adhere to production schedule and meet daily production targets.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and provide assistance when needed.
- Communicate any supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Continuously strive to improve assembly processes and procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Previous Experience In Assembly Or Manufacturing: A Seat Assembler Should Have Prior Experience Working In An Assembly Or Manufacturing Setting, With Knowledge Of Assembly Processes And Techniques.
Attention To Detail: Assembling Seats Requires Precision And Attention To Detail. A Seat Assembler Should Be Able To Work With Small Parts And Ensure They Are Assembled Correctly According To Specifications.
Physical Stamina: This Job May Involve Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Performing Repetitive Tasks, So A Seat Assembler Should Have The Physical Stamina To Complete The Job Efficiently.
