- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians and inspectors to ensure efficient and effective execution of quality control processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products, processes, and systems to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Monitor and manage the quality control budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality standards.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Knowledge And Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Iatf 16949
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Customer Satisfaction.
