  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues to minimize downtime.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process optimization to continuously improve processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on process improvements and changes.
  12. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while implementing process changes.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure process optimization and efficiency.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
  15. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Experience With Automotive Industry And Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems (E.g. Iso/Ts 16949).

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings.
